A short pre-audit questionnaire (about 20 minutes) covering your current stack, top three operational pain points, and any AI experiments already in progress. If you have architecture diagrams or a data model, we ask for them. If you do not, we start from what you can describe verbally.
Within five business days you receive the written report: readiness score, roadmap, tool recommendations, and a workflow prioritization matrix. You also get a 30-day Slack channel for follow-up questions. If you decide to work with us on implementation, the audit fee is credited toward the engagement.
